Selain itu, teknologi Honda SENSING pada All New Honda CR-V juga dilengkapi dengan fungsi Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow (ACC with LSF), Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning (RDM with LDW), Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) dan Auto High Beam (AHB).
